December 2025

Grow & Gather with the New Leaders network

Friends, colleagues, co-conspirators, and folks I haven't yet met: This is your invitation to join us for one or both of these offerings in November.

Grow: Resonant Listening Workshop

Belonging and connection are core needs within the human experience. Communication is one method for expressing care, connection, and belonging. Join Beth Tener of Kinship & the New Leaders Network for December's Resonant Listening workshop.

Beth will support the group through a practice of collective listening from multiple lenses and sharing back what was witnessed to the person who initially spoke.

Members have access to Grow circles. Membership is paid once and lasts the lifecycle of the network.

Not ready to make that commitment? You can also access this offering with a one-time ticket.

Gather

During Gather circles, we reflect on monthly Grow circles, ideate tools for testing, try out new practices and methods for leading for change, and build trust.

This month, the group will remain flexible to our needs. We have some options for what we practice together. We may

  • practice resonant listening
  • be led in mindfulness by a network member
  • ponder "7 Signals White Supremacy is Losing Its Grip" by Tracee Worley & the Radical Futures team

This is not a ticketed event and is only accessible to members.

Looking forward. While Gather circles are typically not available to folks that aren't members, January's circle will be a visioning session for 2026. You're invited.

See you in the New Leaders network.
