New Year, New Leaders

I began the New Leaders Network last September to support established and emerging leaders who hold deep knowing that what we're doing isn't working, who want to access the skills, tools, patterns, and language to lead and do differently.

This space brings together those who are facing fear with courage, wielding joy and hope as tools to create community now, who are making things beautiful and cultivating vibrant futures for the people and places they lead and live.

Based on feedback from the network, we're rolling out a new subscription model for membership. The intention is to make access to the network spaces and offerings attainable to those who want to join but cannot afford to pay a one-time, high-cost fee.

Membership is available at three difference price points. You pick the one that makes your shoulders settle. Access across the network is the same, regardless of price.

The reality of emotion is not talked about often enough. We make decisions in response to our emotions (or denying our emotion) every day. This workshop will explore the role of emotion in our lives and leadership.

January's circle will be a visioning session for 2026. You're invited. Vision Board 2026 will start with a brief grounding and card pull. You'll have space to dream and reflect through facilitated prompts. This session will affirm a path for yourself this coming year. Just in time for the new moon.
