Hey y'all,

Re-sending my vision board offering, just in case you need a nudge. It's totally worth taking the time to do, because you're worth it!

I've been creating a vision board every year for the past few years. Each year, whether I look at it between January and December or not, I still manage to do most of what's on my board. Why?

There's neuroscience behind setting intention as a process for moving what's not-yet-conscious (available to us as dreams) to our conscious mind, so we can take some action. To further ingrain our intentions into action, we have to get what's in our heads out onto paper.

Why take the time to vision (board)?

It was Gloria Steinem who said, "Dreaming, after all, is a form of planning."

We plan all the time for our orgs and careers, why not spend some time planning for the fullness of your life?

I have put together this simple but powerful practice for creating a vision board. It's (still) totally free to you.

Download your copy and set aside some time just for you.

If you need a space to complete the work in community, I got you! Join me on Monday, January 13 at 1pm CST for a virtual community session.
